A lovely little and nicely designed hotel with marvellous views. Perfect and excellent location, just a pleasant stroll away from Landgate. What a very enjoyable short stay, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is beautifully furnished. The staff welcoming and friendly. We had a wonderful time.
A very small point but some of the seating around the perimiter on the upper level of the restaurant was not comfortable owing to the hight of the seats relative to the hight of the tables. These are on the right hand side as you enter the restaurant from the reception.

Charming bar area with quality drinks.
We had to pay a £20 charge for early room access, which reminded me of an easy money-maker.

It's situated in a little gem of Olde England. We loved being in the heart of Rye and the experience of listening to Kate(I think) speaking so passionately about her hotel was uplifting to listen to! We will return so no finer endorsement as far as I am concerned
There is a slight difficulty in parking which may deter some people which is worth bearing in mind.

The food was good. Very comfortable beds, real orchid in the bedroom- makes a change from no or plastic plants. Free range eggs at breakfast- they should state this on the menus though.
